ARUA and Koboko districts stand to miss up to sh8.4b if they do not account for the funds they have so far received from the Northern Uganda Social action Fund (NUSAF) project, the minister for Northern Uganda Rehabilitation has said.
David Wakikona was commissioning nine NUSAF-funded projects in the two districts last week.
He said the districts had to account for at least 70% of the money.
Six of the projects are in Arua and three in Koboko.
Wakikona said the Prime Minister and the President would soon visit the area.
