Mobile phone makers Motorola, have partnered with Sylvia Owori, under what they dubbed MotoCouture. The deal will see the fashion designer showcasing her stuff on October 14 at Serena Conference Centre.

Speaking to the press on Friday at Serena Conference Centre, Nikesh Patel, the senior director market development for mobile devices for Motorola Southern Africa, said Motorola and fashion make a magical combination. He added that like fashion, handsets make statements.
In the evening celebrations were on at Faze2 with Doreen Kayongo in the skimpiest of skirts, which could have been mistaken for shorts, providing good company to Nikesh.
