Start the warm up with flexibility exercises.
Jog for at least 15 minutes, then walk for 5.
Re-start to jog for another 10 minutes.
Cool down, walk for 5 minutes before stopping.
Stretching exercise will complete the training session
REMINDER: Repeat the above 3-5 days in a week.
