Programme for beginers

  • Start the warm up with flexibility exercises.
  • Jog for at least 15 minutes, then walk for 5.

  • Re-start to jog for another 10 minutes.

  • Cool down, walk for 5 minutes before stopping.

  • Stretching exercise will complete the training session


  • REMINDER:
    Repeat the above 3-5 days in a week.
