A street boy recently stunned people at Fido Dido on Kampala Road, when he pulled off a lady’s shoe and ran away with it after she refused to give him money.

The incident occurred last week during a traffic jam. According to an eyewitness, the lady was stuck in the jam on a boda boda when the boy approached her and asked for money. She jeered at him and asked the boda boda cyclist to move on. Unfortunately, luck was not on her side.

The boy snatched one of her shoes and ran away with it, forcing the lady to jump off the boda boda in pursuit. As the lady chased the boy, the cyclist left.

She returned after a few minutes with only one shoe. Taxi touts hurled insults at her, saying giving the boy just sh100 could have saved her shoe.
