Street children launch CD

-LISADA Brass band, an ensemble of former street children has boosted its dream of self-reliance with a musical release.
The album titled 'M-Lisada,' which was recorded live at Namirembe Cathedral It contains classical and popular Afropop songs, which include, Paul Simon's Lion in the Jungle, R. Kelly's Storm is Over and Michael Jackson's Heal the World. and Drumble, an original composition of the band.
MTN’s Florence Mawejje launched the CD at Sheraton Kampala Hotel on Wednesday, October 25, with a donation of sh1m.
Producer Paul Shave did the recoring.
The CDS are available at their office in Nsambya.
