SIR — It was reported in Business week of October 30 — November 5, that Mobile Payments (MoPay) International and Publicell, a Rwandan ICT company had clinched a deal to start a mobile payment system.

That was an excellent innovation in the communication industry.
Individuals will be saved the burden of carrying large sums of money to make payments for goods and services, considering the high chances of theft and robbery during transit.
Let MoPay International extend it’s services to Uganda because it is a blessing overdue.
