THE General Court Martial has directed the State to avail Brig. Henry Tumukunde’s lawyers with transcripts of the talk-show where the army officer allegedly made inflammatory statements against the UPDF leadership.
Defence lawyer Oscar Kambona told the court, chaired by Lt. Gen. Ivan Koreta, that his team needed the transcripts to prepare for the trial.
