He was speaking at the inauguration of the Christ the King parish church in Rukungiri town council on Sunday.
Bishop Calist Rubaramira of Kabale Diocese presided over the function. He also named Fr. Polycarp Kobusheshe as the new parish priest and his assistant is Fr. John Williams Tumwine.
Muhwezi contributed sh1m towards the development of the new parish. Rukungiri Woman MP Winnie Masiko contributed sh200,000 and Kinkizi East MP Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, sh100,000.
