Indian firm takes over Dairy
Ice cream company Cream Bell of India has taken over the management of Diary corporation.

Ice cream company Cream Bell of India has taken over the management of Diary corporation.
The corporation was this year leased to a Kenyan company, Sameer Group.
Privatisation director Michael Opagi yesterday said Cream Bell would provide the technical part of management, while Sameer will provide the finances.
He said Cream Bell is a subsidiary of Sameer.
According to Press Trust of India, M.S Parikh, the CEO of Universal Dairy Products, said, “In Uganda we are looking at integrated operations where we would produce skimmed milk powder, flavoured milk, juices, packaged water and the Cream Bell brand of ice cream.â€
