If all fears of men, an attack on manhood is perhaps the most potent. And because Otafiire aka Nyina is about impotence, it turns out as an emotional drama.

Dan (Desha Munyangoma), a hostel warden, falls in love with one of the residents, Tina (Sarah Ninshaba), a student. Things, however, move from glamour to glum when it turns out that Dan is impotent.

The mood is pensive especially since it is young people –– the symbol of innocence –– involved in these sad circumstances.

However, love conquers all.
The immoral behaviour of residents of the hostel, owned by a pastor, is ironical.

The lighting properly suits the mood
Otafiire aka Nyina closes this weekend.
