SIR— I write with great concern about the way St Joseph’s Senior Secondary School Naggalama is handling the school fees structure.

I wonder whether the board of governors is Christian or they are just a group of businessmen.
According to end of third term last year, the Board increased the fees from sh381,500 to sh448,500.
But the rise had no convincing reason.
The Ministry of Education and Sports hould save us. This is an education institution and not a business firm.
