Joseph Makoba, the best pupil in Mbale Municipality Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) has vowed to pursue medicine.
Makoba is the son of the newly appointed Medical Superintendent, Mbale Referral hospital, Dr. Gerald Innocent Makoba.
He was a pupil of Grace primary school.
Makoba who scored four aggregates said he had achieved his dream of joining St. Mary’s College, Kisubi.
