Pupils do not suck your thumbs because they sometimes contain germs. Young children touch anywhere and anything they find, then thereafter they suck their thumbs! Even some of my friends suck their thumbs. Oh, what a lot germs! So my advice as a primary five pupil is stop sucking thumbs.

Be attentive
One must be attentive in class. One must follow the rules, do the work given to him or her. Do something constructive during the teachers’ absence. One must respect teachers, help her friends to understand and always pray to God for guidance and blessings

Respect elders
I would like to advise my fellow pupils to respect their elders.
If you respect your elders you will find life and everything easy. A respectful child is always loved. Please do the right thing, at the right time and in the right place. And then you will find life quite easy.

Friends should be supportive
I am in Namagunga primary Boarding school and Primary Six. I have many friends but my best friends are in primary seven. Their names are Nagujja Prisca and Mustapha Sumaiya. They are always by my side. I was poor at mathematics but because of their encouragement and support, I improved. I advise all friends to be like mine.

Headteachers should counsel children
Head teachers get a time to counsel school children. Without counseling and guiding a child cannot know her problems. Let her tell you her problem so that you can share it with her and help solve it. I advise headteachers to counsel and guide your children.

Kony, please stop killing us
Oh Kony! Why don’t you stop killing people. Everybody is tired and afraid of you. Don’t you know that God also loves you? But he will hate you if you kill us. You were looked after by your parents but did they kill you? So give advise to the rebels to stop killing us.

Children must go to school
We children must go to school because if you go to school you learn and if you don’t learn there is nowhere you are going. Education is the key of success. If you are educated remember you are working for your future. And we don’t want you to become street children. Remember even if your parents are very rich, when they die their property may not be given to you. Your relatives may come and share all the things. So work hard for yourselves

Stop stealing
I advise you to stop stealing your friends’ property. The seventh commandment tells us not to steal. It is satan that tells you to steal but please refuse it in Jesus’s name. Lastly remember to be faithful to God.
