MUKONO district’s second best O’ Level student showed justification the State House scholarship.

Four years ago Zainab Nandauala was in the New Vision as Mukono’s best PLE pupil who could not afford school fees for secondary education.

Nandaula’s primary education was on a scholarship from the Namagunga girls primary school administration. State House paid her fees at Mt St Mary’s Namagunga, in response to her appeal. She said she worked hard to pass and give back to all the people who helped her.

“I want to thank State House. they are the ones who made all this happen. I also thank my teachers and my parents Mr. and Mrs. Njuguna,” Nandaula said.

Zainab’s guardian, her uncle Mustapha Kamru, said, “We had to make sure she read so that we could show State house that we appreciated what they had done. We wanted her to appear in the newspapers.” Nandaula, said she knew she would pass because she worked hard.
