High Court’s Justice John Bosco Katutsi on Thursday fixed the hearing of the six-year long case for February 17.

THE Attorney General (AG) wants court to dismiss a case where two Nakasongola farmers claiming over sh200m for wrongful impounding their cattle.
The AG said Violet Mitto Kampororo and Christo-pher Bangirana’s case was time barred, incompetent and did not disclose any disability suffered.
