Two miss assembly

YOUNG Racing Club (YORAC) and Entebbe Rally Club (ERC) will not participate in Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) general assembly due this Saturday.
YORAC and Entebbe were suspended for failure to pay affiliation fees last season.
“Once you don’t pay you automatically exclude yourself from FMU. Now if they want to come back they have to re-apply. They have to go through the whole procedure like a new club,†FMU vice president (administration) Busingye Rwabwogo said yesterday.
