BISHOP Christopher Kakooza of Kampala Archdiocese has joined the bandwagon of Catholic Gospel artistes, writes Mathias Mazinga. The bishop launched a CD album titled Hosanna Kristu (Hosanna Christ) at Nsambya on Easter Monday.

The eight-track album features Nsambya’s St Kizito choir sang in Luganda, English and Swahili.
The inspirational tracks are given an effective trot-beat, which enhances their contemplative power. Besides, the songs are rich with religious messages.

The song, Abukeesezza God has broken the morning), is one of the most beautiful works on the album. The song depicts God as the omnipotent, omnipresent, giver/sustainer of life.
