THE Hoima district chairman, George Bagonza, has described those opposed to the lifting of presidential term limits as “frustrated leaders who lack common sense.â€
Launching a tobacco farmers’ association in Hoima district on Saturday, Tinkamanyire said opposition leaders like Eriya Kategaya and Augustine Ruzindana were politically stunted and needed counselling.
