EXPRESS FC has confirmed left winger David Obua will leave for Kaizer Chiefs in South Africa this weekend for a $10,000 (sh17.5m) three-year deal.
Under the deal Obua (right) is expected to get $1500 (sh2.6m) monthly.
“I faxed an acknowledgement for the terms yesterday and we are waiting for his air ticket,†Express chairman Godfrey Kirumira said.
Temperamental Obua said he did not know about the deal, and was instead moving to newcomers Victor FC.
