The district youth councillor, Emmy Ngabirano, said this while discussing a paper on conflict resolution at Rukungiri catholic social centre last week.

BUSHENYI Police on Wednesday found a body of a 19-year-old woman and a foetus floating on River Ncwera at Rutokye, in Bitereko sub-county.
