The district youth councillor, Emmy Ngabirano, said this while discussing a paper on conflict resolution at Rukungiri catholic social centre last week.

BUSHENYI Police on Wednesday found a body of a 19-year-old woman and a foetus floating on River Ncwera at Rutokye, in Bitereko sub-county.
The district Police commander, George Ochak Chon, suspected that the girl died an abortion.

The exercise, which began on Tuesday, followed reports that agents of thieves from other countries sneaked stolen motorcycles into the country.
