Musoke, Kiggundu win ITTF board elections
UGANDAN table tennis ace Mary Musoke and patron Tom Kiggundu were last week voted on the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) commissions during the world governing body election in Shangai, China.

UGANDAN table tennis ace Mary Musoke and patron Tom Kiggundu were last week voted on the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) commissions during the world governing body election in Shangai, China.
Musoke was voted to the ITTF women’s board while Kiggundu is on the equipment board.
“They have shown us that they have confidence in us. It was surprising that two personalities from the same country could be voted to the ITTF commissions.
What awaits us is to prove our worth which we have promised to,†said Musoke on arrival yesterday.
She said that it was a chance for Uganda to create an impact on the international scene.
Musoke chairs the women committee at the continental federation while Kiggundu is a member of the continental equipment committee.
