Bageya is an RDC and is trying to restrict the admission of Kenyan students in Busia schools in Uganda.
As an RDC, he should not bahave in a way that is likely to frustrate the intentions of the East African community (EAC). What is the meaning of the EAC if people in responsible offices start behaving like Bageya?
Kenyans come to Uganda because of our good curriculum and they pay for their education.
What is wrong with that? We should not, as leaders, be stumbling blocks to a system we should actually be promoting! Name withheld
