Umeme, save your customers from rude staff

SIR — I appreciate the good work Umeme is doing to give us power. But I also have a complaint about some of their staff especially about a cashier at their Banda office who was very rude to me after a misunderstanding on the amount I was supposed to pay for my bill.
The management of Ummeme should protect their customers.
