Sewage irks
Stinking sewage oozing from an old public septic tank has become unbearable to taxi drivers at Mapema Taxi Park in Mbarara town. The National Water and Sewerage Corporation western regional manager, Joseph Kamu, on Tuesday said the septic tank was built about 40 years ago.
