KAMPALA — The City Council (KCC) has acquired land in Mpigi district for former street children, Central Division chairperson Charles Sserunjogi has said. “We have bought 20 acres for the Nsumba Project,†Sserunjogi said during celebration to mark the Day of the African Child at Kololo Airstrip recently.
