KIBIBI and Gombe SSS’ won the national handball novice championships held at Kibibi last weekend. Kibibi won all its six games as they took the novice title. The hosts finished the two-day event with 12 points. Gombe came second (9pts) while Kawanda ended with four points. St. Lawrence and St. Henry’s Kitovu finished with two and zero points respectively.

OLD Kampala SS showed their prowess when they beat Coca-Cola Cup champions Kibuli SSS on Sunday. It was the climax of the launch of the WHO’s ‘HIV/AIDS stand up for human rights’ booklet at Kibuli SSS.
