FROM Mbarara comes the news that Fred Kafooko, who owns the Vision Empire nightclub, is moving on to bigger things.
FROM Mbarara comes the news that Fred Kafooko, who owns the Vision Empire nightclub, is moving on to bigger things. He has set up a radio station, 89.1 Vision FM, which he says will rock Mbarara.
