HERE is the TIP TOE exercise for those with diabetes. Because people with diabetes are more likely than others to develop leg and feet problems; daily feet and leg exercises can help to prevent serious damage.
Exercise As illustrated, hold on to a chair. Raise and lower yourself on the toes of one foot then the other. (Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in and buttocks tightened throughout the exercise). Repeat 10 times and perform daily.
