Chris Omony writes that the bond, located on Sixth Street Industrial Area, will accommodate over 2,000 vehicles.
It will trade under Haks Express Ltd, Hassan Kayemba, the general manager, said. Kayemba said the investment would be in three phases.
“We are putting up one of the biggest bonded warehouses in the region.
“Our target is to become one of the biggest players in the business across the region,†Kayemba said.
He said they were working with Nile, dfcu and Stanbic banks to allow clients acquire cars in installments.
