Sustaining Community Resources and Experiences in Uganda (SCORE Uganda) has launched a $215,000 (about sh370m) project designed to increase household food security and income in Arua district, reports <b>Frank Mugabi.</b>

Arua LC5 chief Richard Andama Ferua launched the one-year UNDP-funded project at Oluko sub-county headquarters on Tuesday.
The project coordinator, Phillip Twesigye, said they were working in partnership with the West Nile Initiative on Poverty Eradication (WENIPE) to provide over 5,817 farmers in the sub-counties of Uriama, Odupi, Rhino Camp, Ogoko, Oluko and Okollo with free agricultural inputs and extension services for increased productivity and enhanced household food security.
