For killing his wife over suspected adultery in 2002, John Opio, 56, is to serve four years in jail after he pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Justice Stephen Musota sentenced him on Tuesday, saying he had already spent three years in prison, while on remand.

Ten trained

NEBBI district department of health has trained 10 laboratory assistants to handle HIV/Aids testing.
They were drawn from 10 health units in the district, which do not have HIV/AIDS Voluntary Counselling and Testing facilities.
