The Democratic Party (DP) has put a sh5m bounty on the murderers of youth leader, Vincent Lugonvu.
DP spokesman Jude Mbabaali told journalists yesterday that Police had not acted since Lugonvu was killed on July 25 at his sister’s home in Namasuba, a city suburb.
But Kampala Extra Regional Police commander Oyo Nyeko on Saturday said the Police was investigating the murder.
