On calling MTN customer helpline I was told to contact them the next day.
On calling MTN customer helpline I was told to contact them the next day. However, I tried the helpline the whole day without success. The only message I got was that the network was busy. Were they busy handling other subscribers or busy upgrading their machines as they always explain? Something needs to be done!
