Local artistes on country tour

UGANDA’S artistes are on a nationwide tour that will see them performing in 28 districts. Juliana Kanyomoozi, Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool, Butchaman, Mosh and Rude Boy Devoe kicked off the performances at Sterling Pub, Kyotera on June 16, writes Vision Reporter.

The next day, the musicians performed at Masaka Recreation grounds, before moving o to Ishaka and Ibanda. This weekend, all roads in Mbarara will lead to Agip Motel where the artistes will make perform a grand concert.

They will then proceed to perform in perform at Fort Portal and Kasese.
The tour will span three months, with intermittent shows in Mbale, Gulu, Mubende, Hoima, Jinja, among others. It was organised by Boston Holdings.

“People upcountry buy more of our albums yet they never get a chance to see us live onstage. So, I think this tour is a God -send opportunity for me to reach out to them,” says Sweet Kid, one of the artistes.
