KOONA Dance concert that featured the South African music star, Dr Victor on Saturday flopped. It was slated to begin at 4:00pm but at the scheduled time there was no single fan. It was not until 8:00pm that few people started gathering.

However, the few fans did start to get into the right mood while the local popular artistes like Blu*3, Abdu Mulaasi, Bebe Cool, Juliana Kanyomozi and Bobi Wine played their best songs from their albums as well as their opinion.

Dr Victor, who was accompanied by Rasta Rebels Band came on stage at 11:10pm and played only three of his songs and the rest were Bob Marley’s songs. In nearly 50 minutes he was through with songs he had prepared for his Ugandan fans.

Probably he tried to compensate this by singing with a louder volume, which at some times resulted in a less clear sound than we are used to from our local artistes.
