SIR — KCC has decided to remove all garbage bins from Kamwokya and have asked the residents to pay for private garbage collection!
SIR — KCC has decided to remove all garbage bins from Kamwokya and have asked the residents to pay for private garbage collection! Many residents in Kamwokya are very low income earners and will not pay. What will happen? Cholera!
