THE Uganda manufacturers association (UMA) on Tuesday rewarded Leopold Tzeuton, the outgoing managing director of Total Uganda and a member of the UMA board for his enormous contribution to the association and the economy.

THE Uganda manufacturers association (UMA) on Tuesday rewarded Leopold Tzeuton, the outgoing managing director of Total Uganda and a member of the UMA board for his enormous contribution to the association and the economy.
Speaking at a function at the UMA boardroom, Abid Alam, UMA’s chairman, said Tzeuton had played a key role in professionalising UMA.
“Tzeuton had many ideas which worked for us and the economy as a whole,†Alam said.
Tzeuton, who served at Total Uganda for two years, moves to Paris, France.
He has been replaced by Christopher Jacquet from Niger.
