KITGUM — The influx of patients at the two major hospitals in the district is affecting the quality of service, the medical superintendent of St. Joseph’s Hospital, has said. Dr. Lawrence Ojom said, “Instead of working effectively on say four patients per day, you end up working on 10 or more.” He was briefing the executive of the Acholi Religious Leaders’ Peace Initiative on Wednesday.
