SIR — I wish to commend Nabukenya the 12-year old little girl for being a good example to many Ugandans and the world at large.
SIR — I wish to commend Nabukenya the 12-year old little girl for being a good example to many Ugandans and the world at large.
believe many people were touched when they saw her picture in the New Vision and the story that she was going to address the US congress.
It points out clearly that HIV/AIDS is a reality and we just have to live with it. I therefore appeal to all Ugandans not discriminate against anyone living with HIV.
