THE Arrow Boys militiamen are to be paid their July allowances today, the UPDF 3rd Division commander, Col. Silver Kayemba, has said.

Kayemba said the group’s payments delayed due to technical issues and establishment of the actual numbers of the auxiliary forces in the country.
He said there were 6,568 serving Arrow Group militia, adding that the total number of the group was 7,000.
