GULU - A 29-year-old taxi conductor of Cerelendo in the municipality, was recently charged with theft at City hall court in Kampala. It is alleged that on August 20 at Kisalosalo zone, Kyebando parish, Oyiga stole a digital camera from Bosco Kibwoto, worth sh3m. Appearing before Grade One magistrate Esta Nambayo, Oyiga denied the charges.

GULU - RDC Max Omeda has written to President Yoweri Museveni seeking guidance on whether to contest in the coming national elections in 2006. Omeda said at his office on Thursday that the letter was delivered on October 5 at State House, Kampala.
