COURT yesterday re-instated a case of issuing a false cheque worth sh52m against property masters chief Patrick Kasulu.
The chief magistrate, Margaret Tibulya, at Buganda road court recently dismissed the case after Kasulu’s lawyer told court that the complainant, Andrew bashaijja, had been compensated with a piece of land.

More rain due

Army pays

THE army has started paying the three-month salary arrears of the Anti- Stock Theft Unit militia in Karamoja region, the third division army spokesman has said.
Lt. Gabriel Lomogin said the pay team was in Moroto, Kotido and Nakapiripirit districts.
