INTERNAL affairs minister Ruhakana Rugunda on Wednesday hailed the Banyahakaro community living in Kampala, Jinja and Entebbe for initiating development projects for their area.
Launching the second edition of the Kaharo newsletter in Kampala, he said such projects would supplement government effort to alleviate poverty.
