SIR — I wish to comment on Mr. Agnas Ali’s letter urging KCC to think about constructing roundabouts. I think traffic lights are more effective in reducing traffic jams.
SIR — I wish to comment on Mr. Agnas Ali’s letter urging KCC to think about constructing roundabouts. I think traffic lights are more effective in reducing traffic jams.
For example, Wandegeya and Natete have traffic lights and motorists control themselves. but before the traffic lights were put in place, there was a lot of confusion.
Let KCC repair the lights at the junction of Sir Apollo Kaggwa road and Nakulabye and remove the Jinja road roundabout and replace it with traffic lights and work on the potholes.
