ENGLAND cricket coaches E. D. Williams and Chris Kangis arrived in the country yesterday for a one-month working tour
They are on the International Cricket Council (ICC) â€˜Cricket Without Boundariesâ€™ campaign aimed at boosting the game in various African countries.
The duo will drill the U-15 boysâ€™ team and the women team preparing for next monthâ€™s regional tournament in Kenya.
Williams and Kangis will also visit primary and secondary cricket playing schools and also conduct coaches clinics.
â€œWe strongly believe that the coaches will boost our game,â€ UCA official Martin Muyomba remarked.
They will also tour Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Ghana and Egypt.
Meanwhile, the annual WHO sponsored secondary schools girlsâ€™ championship is due November 26 - December 1 at Lugogo and Kyambogo ovals.
