SIR — I entirely agree with Mr. Opiyo Oloya that civil servants or any other officials implicated in the Global Fund scandal should resign immediately. President Museveni is on the right track but I agree that he should do more.

He should dismiss from public office any individual named in any kind of corruption scandal. If they stay in office, their presence there is intimidating and might interfere with evidence. The ball is in the President’s court and the world is watching
