A special cemetery exists at Kololo

SIR — On October 31 somebody wrote a letter suggesting that there should be a special cemetery in Kampala for very important people who have served the country in a special way. Heroes Cemetery does exist at Kololo where Ignatius Musaazi and Yusuf Lule were buried. However, the qualifications to be buried there are determined at a level unknown to most Ugandans.
