Bukenya to quit Wakiso NRM chairmanship

“I will soon relinquish my position as NRM chairman for Wakiso and open up an office in Kampala for the central region,†he said.
Bukenya said this on Friday while hosting hundreds of NRM party delegates to a party at his Garuga home off Entebbe road, to thank them for electing him vice-chairman for the central region in the just concluded delegates’ conference.
He said government was determined to eradicating poverty from all regions.
“I will soon relinquish my position as NRM chairman for Wakiso and open up an office in Kampala for the central region,†he said.
