CERUDEB, tell us what happened!

SIR — I am disappointed with Centenary Rural development Bank (CERUDEB).
SIR — I am disappointed with Centenary Rural development Bank (CERUDEB).
Early this year, the bank advertised vacancies and my son applied and was one of the successful applicants who trained between May and June and this training involved one week of theory and a month of practical work in different branches in Kampala.
After the training they were told that they would be posted and officially hired. It is now more than six months and there is no communication at all!
Most of the people my son trained with, he has found out, were posted in July.
Shockingly, CERUDEB re-advertised the same posts yet they have not employed the people they trained. I wonder how such a big institution can make fools out of us all!
