THE king of Sebei, Salim Bilal Matui II, has asked the Government to investigate cattle rustling and other human rights violations by the Pokot in Kapchorwa district over the last 50 years, reports <b>Rashid Muzungyo.</b>

THE king of Sebei, Salim Bilal Matui II, has asked the Government to investigate cattle rustling and other human rights violations by the Pokot in Kapchorwa district over the last 50 years, reports Rashid Muzungyo.
In a press release on Saturday, Matui called for the prosecution of those supplying the Pokot with small arms.
Matui claimed that some leaders were abetting cattle rustling for political and economic reasons.
